Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply whenever you order a website, an online store, or ongoing support from Digiona. By confirming an order with us — by email, WhatsApp, or signing off on a quote — you're agreeing to them. If anything here doesn't match what we discussed with you directly, what we agreed with you in writing takes priority.
1. What we provide
We design and build websites and online stores for businesses, practices and professionals, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Exact features included depend on the plan you choose.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices shown on our Pricing page are one-time build costs, plus GST where applicable. The specific payment schedule (advance and balance) for your project will be confirmed with you at the time you place your order. Domain, hosting, SSL and support for the first year are included as part of your plan; from the second year onward, renewal is billed to keep these active, and we'll send a reminder before anything expires.
3. What we need from you
Turnaround times (including the "avg. turnaround" figure we quote) start once we have everything we need from you — content, images, logo, and timely feedback on drafts. Delays on your end will push your launch date back; that's on the project, not on us.
4. Revisions & scope
A reasonable number of revisions are included while we're building your site together. Requests that go beyond the original scope you ordered — extra pages, new features, a different plan tier — may involve an additional cost, which we'll always confirm with you before doing the work.
5. Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, the website design and content we built specifically for you are yours. Any general-purpose code, templates, or tools we reuse across projects remain ours — you're licensed to use them as part of your site, not to resell them separately.
6. Cancellations & refunds
See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for how this works.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
We build sites properly — fast, clean, SEO-friendly — but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes like a certain number of enquiries, sales, or a particular Google ranking. Results depend on many things outside a website's control, including your market, ongoing content, and how you promote your business.
8. Limitation of liability
Our service is provided as described, without further warranties beyond what's stated here. To the extent permitted by law, Digiona isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses — like lost profits or lost business — arising from the use of your website.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
