Can the desktop software also work on mobile?
Yes, it can share data with a web dashboard or mobile app so you can check reports from anywhere. We plan this with you at the start.
Can you move our data from Excel or old software?
Usually yes. Share sample files and we will confirm what can be imported before we quote.
Do you provide support after installation?
Yes. Support and updates are agreed as part of the quote, and you can always reach us by phone or WhatsApp.
How does payment work for custom projects?
Custom projects are split into milestones. You pay an advance to start and the rest as each milestone is delivered — all written into the quote before any work begins. GST is extra.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. If your idea or data is confidential, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details.
