Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 2026
A website is a custom service, not a stock product, so refunds work a little differently than they would for a physical purchase. Here's exactly how it works.
Before we start work
If you cancel before we've begun building your site, you'll get a full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — for example, if a domain name has already been registered for you.
After we start work
Once design or development has begun, a refund reflects the work completed and any costs already incurred at the time you cancel. We'll always tell you plainly what's been done and what a fair refund looks like for that stage — this is assessed case by case, not a fixed percentage.
After your site is delivered
Once your website has been completed, delivered, and made live (or handed over for you to launch), the project is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
Domain & hosting costs
Domain registration and hosting are pass-through costs from third-party registrars and providers. Once a domain has been registered or hosting provisioned on your behalf, that specific cost is non-refundable, regardless of the stage of your project.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email us at hello@digiona.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name and order details. We'll confirm what applies to your situation and next steps in writing.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
Questions
If you're unsure where your project stands or what a cancellation would mean for you, just ask — email hello@digiona.com before deciding anything.
