Common questions
How do you price custom software?
After understanding your needs, we write a scope document listing every feature and give a fixed price for it. If you want to add something later, we quote for that separately before starting.
Can it be built in stages?
Yes, and we recommend it. Starting with the most important part gets you value sooner and keeps cost under control.
Can you take over software someone else built?
Often yes. We review the existing code first and tell you honestly whether to improve it or rebuild.
How does payment work for custom projects?
Custom projects are split into milestones. You pay an advance to start and the rest as each milestone is delivered — all written into the quote before any work begins. GST is extra.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. If your idea or data is confidential, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details.
